Tell Your Senators To Support Equality For ALL Americans

For many LGBTQ+ Americans, discrimination is still common. And fifty percent of LGBTQ+ people live in the 29 states that lack comprehensive statewide laws explicitly prohibiting discrimination.

Federal nondiscrimination protections would ensure that EVERYONE can live, work, and access public spaces free from discrimination, no matter what state they call home. Tell your Senators to pass this legislation today. We've made it easy with prewritten scripts for email and voicemail messages.

Click here to get started - it will only take 2 minutes!

Fulton v Philadelphia

Last year, the Supreme Court heard the case of Fulton v City of Philadelphia, which could profoundly affect nondiscrimination protections for the LGBTQ+ community, women, people of faith, and others.  Fulton v. City of Philadelphia is a case about whether government-funded foster care agencies have a “right” to discriminate based on their religious beliefs.

The Court will issue its opinion any time between now and the end of June. When that happens, we want you to be one of the first to know so we’re inviting you to join us on #DecisionDay for a Virtual Rally followed by a Virtual Town Hall.

  • 7PM ET - VIRTUAL RALLY: The community gathers to listen to speakers and performers from across the nation.
  • 8:30PM ET - VIRTUAL TOWN HALL: A panel of experts will analyze the court opinion and how it will impact the lives of LGBTQ+ people. Participants will have time for Q&A.

RSVP to join us virtually

* Since the U.S. Supreme Court doesn't give advance notice, we will send a notification the morning of the decision.
