Health plans and prices change every year—and the amount of financial help you can get may change too. It’s time to check out your options and find the plan that’s right for you. 

Join the millions that have affordable health coverage through HealthCare.gov! Get covered for essential health benefits, including no-cost preventive services and prescriptions. Navigators are on hand to assist you and the website has been updated to make enrollment easier than previous years.

Nothing has changed when it comes to LGBTQ people being protected from discrimination when it comes to health care and health insurance, and coverage continues to improve for trans people.

The final deadline to enroll is January 15th, 2022, but you can beat the rush by getting started now at HealthCare.Gov. Enroll by December 15th for coverage starting January 1st.
